GeoOp: Not Responding on Browser

Customers unable to display the GeoOP website completely or it is intermittently working

There may be times where the GeoOp website or log-in page is unresponsive on your browser. There is a chance that the internet domain you are using has threat prevention processes that blocks certain websites.

In order to prevent slow down or errors on logging-in to GeoOp, you can use Google's public DNS.

Why use Google's public DNS?

Google has their Public DNS service available on a global network which can provide a speed boost to its users.

• Here's how you set Google's public DNS on your PC:
1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Click on Network and Internet
3. Click on Network and Sharing Center
4. Go to Change Adapter Settings.
5. You’ll see some network icons here. Select the network you’re currently connected to and right click on it. Select Properties.
6. Click on IPv4 and select Properties.
7. If “Obtain DNS server address automatically” is selected, click the radio button next to “Use the following DNS server addresses:”
8. Now enter the DNS addresses you want to use.
Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
9. Click on Ok and Close.
